1. Introduction

By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. 55rt may amend these Terms from time to time; the current version will be published on the Service. 3. Account Security and Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including login details. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, you must notify 55rt immediately. 55rt may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account to protect the integrity of the Service or to comply with applicable law.

• Two-factor authentication is available as a security enhancement and may be required for certain transactions. You are responsible for securing any device used to access the Service.
• 55rt may close or suspend an account and may void bets or invalidate transactions if there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or other prohibited activity, or if required by law or regulation.
• You may not transfer, pledge, pledge, or dispose of your account or its assets to another person. Any attempt to do so may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Integrity

Users must act honestly and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to,:

• cheating, collusion, or using software, hardware, or methods to gain an unlawful advantage
• manipulating market odds, outcomes, or game integrity
• using VPNs or other means to mask location or evade geographic restrictions
• sharing account access or non-compliant use of information obtained in breach of applicable law
• exploiting vulnerabilities or engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Service

5. Deposits and Currencies

To participate for real money you must deposit funds into your account. Deposits may be made using the methods disclosed in the Deposit section of the Service, which may include cards, e‑wallets, and bank transfers. Cash or cheques are not accepted. Some methods may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Funds are processed in the currencies supported by the Service; amounts in non-account currencies are converted at applicable rates with prevailing conversion fees disclosed at the time of the transaction.

• 55rt may set maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction or per period, and those limits may change without prior notice.

7. Payouts and Error Handling

Winnings are credited to your account following settlement of the relevant game or event and after any necessary verification checks have been completed. If 55rt erroneously credits funds to your account, such funds remain the property of 55rt and may be deducted. If you have withdrawn funds prior to discovery of an erroneous credit, you shall owe a corresponding debt to 55rt and must repay the amount.

• 55rt conducts ongoing checks to prevent fraud and money laundering and may require documentation to verify the source of funds and ownership of accounts used for deposits and withdrawals.
• All transactions are subject to review and may be reversed or blocked if required by law, regulation, or internal policy.

8. Account Integrity and Anti-Fraud Measures

55rt reserves the right to take any action necessary to ensure the integrity of the Service, including closing or suspending accounts, voiding bets, or forfeiting winnings where irregularities are detected or suspected, including collusive or automated play. Any action taken will be in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

9. Multi-Account Policy

Only one account per individual is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected within a single household, IP address, or device, 55rt reserves the right to consolidate activities, restrict access, or close redundant accounts and adjust or forfeit associated winnings and bonuses.

10. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

55rt may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s licensing framework and relevant regulatory requirements. In the event of a dispute, you agree to resolution through the applicable regulatory or judicial processes.
